Was looking for an easy way to overwinter my houseplants, optimize space and blend setting and hanging pots. Thought I would try a $20 close rack on Amazon and this is the result! What do you think?

combat aphids on garden plant by crushing them and wipe the mush back onto the plant. Aphids release a scent trail that parasitic wasps can pick up on and they’ll come make mummies of the rest of the aphids. Worked well on my penstemon. Wasp with mummy photo from a few years ago #aphids #gardentip

Peony Season, cont!
A #GardenTip: Cut a few #peony stems when the #blooms are still buds; keep them in the fridge (in a jar with a little water) for up to 3 weeks; then take them out to come into full bloom. A way to extend the oh-so-brief peony season a few weeks!

See these things?
Bamboo cutlery every takeaway uses now...
Write on the handle end, and use as plant tags.
Use thick, dark LEAD PENCIL and they will never fade.

If it weren't for audiobooks/podcasts, my garden would be a parking spot.

Yes we fence the veggies, fence each garden, each tree. Fences also guard the mulch in.

If you are in pullulation region like us, it helps to fill the holes with branches, blocking rabbits in or out where they are exposed to harriers. #GardenTip
