Mumbai, Oct 4 (SocialNews.XYZ) In a display of political unity, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray and Shiv Sena(UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday spearheaded a high-decibel ‘Garjana Morcha’ in Mumbai. Marching from Metro Cinema to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) headquarters, the joint rally delivered a broadside against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Election Commission of India (ECI) over alleged voter roll manipulation. The protest gained substantial momentum as key constituents of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA), including the Nationalist Congress Party(Sharadchandra Pawar) and the Congress party, joined forces on the streets.

Mumbai/Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Oct 4 (SocialNews.XYZ) The BJP and Shiv Sena on Sunday claimed that the Raj Thackeray-Uddhav Thackeray-led Opposition's 'Garjana Morcha' against the Election Commission of India (ECI) and Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) was a display of double standards and a publicity stunt. Maharashtra Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar launched a scathing attack on opposition leaders, calling their event a "Kolhe-Kui March (jackal's howl)" rather than a "Garjana March (roaring protest)". Addressing a press conference, he linked the timing of the demonstration to World Animal Day. Taking a direct jab at the opposition parties, he stated that their post-election grievances reflected a "sour grapes" mentality.
