1 - y'avait plus de masques ni de gel à cause des scalpers
2 - je me suis retrouvée dans la Gare à Lyon le jour où les spectateurs du match Lyon-Milan revenaient et m'ont littéralement toussé dessus

The two things that really helped me most were a better mattress (we have the Purple mattress and love it) and 12-hour topical 1:1 THC:CBD patches (although I know that's Complicated for you), with runners up being topical Voltaren gel and topical lidocaine patches.

NSD! An early evening run on the footpath along a local creek. Ran 10 km super easy as usual. Wore a new pair of running shoes, ASICS GEL-Excite 11. They are thick sole shoes and give me more cushioning. I prefer barefoot and flat sole shoes, but I'm giving the cushioning shoes a try. #running
