The Malta Times of the 25th ult., publishes advices from Tripoli of the 20th, announcing that the famous chieftain of Fezzan, Abd-el-Gelil, and his brother, Seif-el-Nasar, had been betrayed by some of his most trusty officers into the hands of Askar Pasha, and decapitated by his orders. Their heads, after being paraded through the streets of Tripoli, and particularly in front of the British consulate, were pickled and packed up to be forwarded to Constantinople.
