These guys know nothing, neither even speak Russian. I follow primary sources (geomapping services). I don't care about "perspectives", I try to find the bare facts - and build my perspective based on that.

US companies can't mine until geomapping is complete in areas where it may be possible to mine so its not even certain what they can mine, it's not possible to geomap because those areas are currently an active warzone.

It does everything Meta does in terms of geomapping the wireless networks in our homes, which is dangerous in the hands of a foreign adversary. Of course, we could just make good privacy laws that prevent everyone from doing this but that’s too complicated.

Spannend, bei mir ist das noch nicht aufgeschlagen. Ich vermute, dass aus irgendeinem Grund das Geomapping von der IP auf UK verweist. Eventuell "drei" als Telefon-Anbieter, die haben früher mal über UK gerouted wenn man im Roaming war (wenn ich mich recht erinnere).

I'm a wee bit familiar with grafana and I'm pretty sure they've got some geomapping visualizations although I have not used it. That might be your best bet!
