I've just resigned from Geoforum editorial board over its decision to allow a paper to be published that is offensive and of incredibly poor scientific quality. I'm not going to mention the paper as it appears the author is delighted that the paper has offended people. We can do better!

I have resigned from geoforum board because of this paper. They obviously didn't value my opinion anyway despite having written on Brexit, place, identity (and oysters) but this paper never should have been published as is without serious revision.
