GeoCore (Geocorr) reassigns ZIP‑level data to congressional districts and other geographies
Glenn Rice of the Missouri Census Data Center demonstrated GeoCore (Geocorr), an engine that produces allocation factors and correlation lists to reallocate counts between source geographies (ZIP/ZCTA) and target geographies (congressional districts, CBSAs, school districts). He showed example outputs, CSV/HTML workflows and post‑processing steps.
