Having had shingles as a kid, and watching my mom suffer through an extreme case of shingles post-radiation treatment convinced me to get the shingles vax asap. I remember my own pain, but especially watching my mom suffer. It was brutal. 100% do not recommend getthing shingles.

What y'all think of this async builder pattern? I kinda like it. A nice mix of async/await and .then() syntax.

I use vanilla JS signals a lot, and I think they behave much like your hooks. I use them like this: “thing = Thing.get()”. When I write something that’s not a signal it’s usually like “thing = getThing()”. Feels quite consistent and nice.
