Car headlights should be mounted on self-levelling gimbals so they stay level when a car is driving over a speed bump. Those headlight flashes in front and in the rear-view mirror are really distracting and therefore dangerous.

Fun fact: one of the first uses of the spirograph was as an anti-counterfeiting device. You could create custom gimbals, specify "use this hole," and easily produce a pattern that would be very fucking difficult to reproduce without having a replica on hand.
Video game idea: 3D spirographs
You create the gimbals, as many as you want, choose the colors you want, and then drag and record them moving around 3d space for X frames or seconds or such.
Then, hit play and bam, your 3d spirograph starts spirographing.

It's still wild to me that I can be roughly 400 feet up, and still do semi-long exposures. The gimbals on DJI products are nuts.

was filmed on a soundstage using a specially built 90ft water tank, complete with a real houseboat, rocking gimbals, and rain and wind machines.
I still prefer the Mitchum/Peck original.
