Après une ouverture repoussée, le parking Les Glacis Centre-ville à Brest s’apprête à accueillir ses premiers véhicules. L’ouverture est prévue pour le mois de septembre.

My investor told me he doesn't really see the moat in my plan. I explained that's the point. The glacis protects the base of the wall and obscures the ditch entirely. By the time the assault party reaches the counterscarp with fascines, they will be committed and under crossfire from grapeshot

Il n'est pas impossible qu'un "recentrage" se mette en oeuvre, si une majorité estime que François est "allé trop loin". reste à voir si cela sera un glacis brejnévien ou une manière renouvelée de rencontrer notre post-modernité toujours plus incertaine...

Si l'ancien empire russe/soviétique vit mal de ne plus avoir de glacis défensif, il doit peut être s'interroger sur la politique agressive qu'il mène depuis.... des centaines d'années.
