Staff previewed Glendale Glitters kickoff (Nov. 27), reporting 150 vendor applications with 71 approvals and a vendor-enforcement plan that starts with education, moves to citation and — if needed — police removal of unauthorized vendors and temporary confiscation of equipment logged as property evidence.

Staff outlined dates (Nov. 27–Jan. 1), a core downtown footprint for Glendale Glitters, a vendor selection plan for 25–30 approved vendors, and stepped‑up enforcement including a new downtown police squad to address unauthorized vendors and overnight parking concerns.
