I don’t think things look hopeful for tonight’s deep bench contest for our…eighth game of the season. 😬 7 players available for game number 8. Yikes. #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky
Obi Toppin will dress tonight so the Pacers have 8 players active, but he won't play.
So the Pacers seven: Quenton Jackson, Kelly Oubre, Jarace Walker, Jalen Slawson, Jay Huff, Braden Smith, and Kobe Brown.

These 6 men should be honored by the #Pacers for their effort.
Jalen Slawson.
Jarace Walker.
Jay Huff.
Quenton Jackson.
Braden Smith.
Kobe Brown.
If you see them out and about, buy them dinner or something.
The #YesCersSix - we salute you. 🫡

It didn’t even get to 7 - we played 6! SIX PLAYERS FINISHED A GAME OF PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL! 6 players is the new standard of ‘shorthanded’ for basketball. 7-8 players? LUXURY. 9+? Unfair advantage. 6 #Pacers played valiantly & lost to the #Hawks only by 4. #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky

Last night’s loss to the #Heat was not as promising for the #Pacers. We couldn’t stop them for anything, giving up 145. Sure, Drew was on. Q showed what he’s capable of. Jarace & Jay had promise from deep. But DANG. We were flat & played turrble as a team. Need to wake up. #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky
The #Pacers loss to the #Sixers was right on the edge of encouraging. We put up a BIG fight w/o Ty & Zu. Steady P excelled! Drew’s dbl dbl was better than In-n-Out. A 36pt 3Q while holding them to 13pt! But; 25% from 3, giving up 37 & 39pts Qs, & choking at the end sucked. #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky

The #Pacers choked away the end and lost to Myles and the #Bucks. They begged us to take the W, but we kept giving it back. A 17pt 4Q is NOT the way to win a game. Steady P - good. Ty - better. Team? Not great. Ol’ Jake has it right. Get them in shape, Chef Rick! #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky
Two things the Pacers have to improve on early into the season are rebounds and turnovers. Some of the players returning from injury will help but it’s on everyone to get these areas under control

The #Pacers got their groove back by beating the #Nets. Feels good: to see the best jerseys we’ve had since the ABA, to see our expected starting lineup, to see a STRONG win. Sucks to lose Zu. Ty was strong, Huff was excellent, Steady P was stellar. More NeNe Bros. #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky

Last night, the #Pacers got REALLY behind early and couldn’t dig out; lost to the #Mavs substantially. Our 3s were busted & yet we kept jacking them (22%). Steady P was our leading scorer, Zu our big rebounder, & Ty driving the dimes. We’ve gotta start strong & maintain. #YesCers #GoPacers #NBAsky

The #Pacers complete the late game comeback to beat the #Pelicans. What a finish! Steady P had game high 30pts & 8rebs. Obi w/ 20pts, 4 3pm through 3Qs. Zu kept us honest on the glass w/ 15 rebs! But our main man Tyrese had 23pts & 12 dimes, leading us like he’s needed to. #GoPacers #NBAsky
Tyrese Haliburton comes to tears while doing the post-game interview.

I am LOVING most of this. Let’s just swap that Finals winner for the #Pacers over the #Spurs and we good. #GoPacers #NBAsky

It starts next Wednesday. We’ve got the best starting 5. The deepest bench. Global good vibes. AND the best jerseys with that ABA set (I’ll take a Ty, Teej & Drew in Large, please). It’s hard to contain my excitement. #GoPacers #NBAsky (photo from the official #Pacers Instagram post)
