Parting shots tonight with the Salem RidgeYaks, who fell to the Delmarva Shorebirds 6-2 in Game 4 of our road trip. We still had an amazing, memorable night, and the team’s rebrand is excellent. See you tomorrow night in Lexington!

I can’t thank Salem RidgeYaks GM Allen Lawrence and Asst GM Blair Hoke enough for their incredible hospitality and generosity tonight. Plus, a gift bag with two bobbleheads, a signed baseball, a commemorative first-season coin, custom bookmarks, and nice personal notes!

I can honestly say I threw a strike on my first pitch tonight with the Salem RidgeYaks!

Many thanks to the team for giving me the chance to get one over the plate!

Is there anything better then a well-presented wall of hats? No, no there is not.

Terrific merch with the Salem RidgeYaks!

Game 4 concessions with the Salem RidgeYaks…

Dad had the Botetourt Barnyard (burger with bacon, egg, fried chicken) and loved it. Check out the box it came in! I had the Mac and Cheesesteak with peppers & onions. Excellent!
