I was 6 in 1979 and LOVED BotP! I didn’t have toys, so I put red and blue paint on a pointy rock to make my own Godphoenix. 😆

Akihabara yesterday. Couldn't find a Gatchaman cel, or a Godphoenix model. Did find a tiny Dai-X, and a reminisipackage of a Klingon Dinky.

At primary school my fiends and I made a Dai-X out of boxes. We drew lots to see who would keep it. First boy's mum told him he couldn't so I had it.
