Instead of dealing with the Skagway AMHS dock need Dunleavy diverted the effort to his Cascade Pointe boondoggle. The departmental focus was on building Goldbelt a terminal in Berners Bay - something that nearly nobody wants. Thanks Dunleavy. Thanks Goldbelt. Thanks McHugh Pierre.
