Pani puri is a deep-fried breaded sphere filled with potato, onion, or chickpea. It is a common street food in the Indian/Pakistan subcontinent. Trying something new for lunch. Golgappa from Daddy Ji. You fill the little deep-fried dough with potatoes and then pour in a cold broth and pop the whole thing in your mouth. Very yummy but more work than I typically want to do on a lunch break 😆. Back to samosa chat for me next time.
