Text from Poetsiren's fanfiction entitled "What Comes After" which is the sequel to a novella fanfiction entitled "Good Things Come." These are Baldur's Gate 3 fanfictions authored by Poetsiren based on the game and occur after the end of the game in a Spawn Astarion and female original character Tav romance. Text from excerpt reads: Astarion groaned and pressed his cheek into her neck and breathed in her scent again, absorbing something akin to reassurance from her, his being recognizing a rare comfort he would otherwise be starved of if not for having followed her all those years ago, and that could only come now from her and from her closeness. He loosened his wrist from her and pressed it to her abdomen as he hugged her into himself, and he slowly brushed upwards to cup her breast. He squeezed it in his hand and heard Tav inhale. He felt her chest rise beneath his arm with her deep breath. Her heat also rose from under her clothing and bled into him, too. The bonfire within him lit aflame and he suddenly understood, without the shadow of a doubt, that the feeling inside him was his desire to possess her, and it was amplifying quickly. “Oh, Tav,” he breathed into the shell of her ear, his voice low, heavy with warning. “If you let me continue, my love… I may hurt you.” He thought he was hallucinating it against the sound of the roaring waves below them when he suddenly heard Tav’s raspy giggle before she spoke. “You can’t hurt me, Astarion,” she declared throatily. Then she shifted her pelvis and ground her ass into his thickening member and he felt weak in the knees at her flirtation with his inner beast. He let out a strangled gasp as he fought against the rising heat at his front. Against his need for her. That she knew what she did to him fanned it higher and he felt all the more damned. His hand at her breast groped her forcefully, the soft globe spilling about his fingers, and he leaned harder into her backside, pressing over her. (End char allow)
