Following an executive session on real-property acquisition, the Board authorized county legal counsel to submit a bid on Idaho Military surplus land known as the Gooding Readiness Center.

ETS told the Gooding County Board that the broadband project is 85% complete with phase four finished; 940 locations have been connected and over 13 miles of network constructed. State funds to support the next phase have been approved and the Wendell tower site remains under mediation.

Sheriff Gough described the Flock system as a law-enforcement tool that captures only rear license plates and retains images for 30 days, while multiple residents called the devices a "mass surveillance tool" and raised data-access and misuse concerns.
