it's true. everyone can benefit from drawing their oc but really really small.

here's a microorganism catte. i didn't have a banana at my desk, so i included a pushpin for scale

#FFXIVart #cattefishing #OCart #GooseDrawsThings
a tiny ballpoint pen sketch of sohna, shown next to [and smaller than] a blue pushpin resting on the page.

i’ll get there 😂

#stephanivien #CatmintAndRoses #ffxiv #GooseDrawsThings
a pencil sketch of stephanivien, a very tall elf with a pair of goggles on his forehead, wrapping sohna up in a big hug. her arm is around his back. each of them has a little “heart” speech bubble.

hi! i'm goose o/

i use #GooseDrawsThings for wol doodles and #cattefishing for wol lore yapping. i also write fics! the bulk is this year's ffxiv-write but there's a couple drabbles, too, and an unfinished one about haurchefant and the dirndl.

i ran DRN for the first time tonight and it was so fun and i only died sometimes

i was the designated Perception Haver so here's sohna banging pots and pans looking for traps

#cattefishing #GooseDrawsThings #ffxiv
a pen sketch of sohna with a saucepan and a spatula in her hands, surrounded by little "BANG" "CLANG" sound effects. she's yelling "Hello~o, traps, where are you~" and there's a Lost Perception menu icon in the lower corner (except the figure in the icon has been adjusted to do the sailor moon salute pose)

sam: is ishgardian lol
took him a minute to adjust to thanalan's extremes, and he sunburns easily (poor ginger lad). likes cold desert nights

sohna: prefers "chilly" but is a bit of a warm sunbeam connoisseur. always has cold feet. likes to bundle up cozy-warm :)

#cattefishing #GooseDrawsThings
a ballpoint pen sketch of sohna, wearing a bulky winter jacket and carrying a hot drink in one hand. there's a big plaid scarf looped around her shoulders obscuring most of her face; she looks very content.

one of sohna's favorite things about their house is the ishgard-style outdoor bath - find them relaxing there often at night if they're home 8)

[non-graphic nudity, flagged just in case]

#cattefishing #GooseDrawsThings
sohna, her arms spread wide along the edge of a large stone tub, smiles with closed-eye contentment. she's sitting in steamy-hot water that reaches halfway up her ribcage, just below her bust. her hair is loose and damp and drapes down to the surface of the water. the water is mostly opaque but a sketch suggests her body below the surface.

sohna caught a big fish in thavnair this evening (bigcuda) and immediately after, went to give aspen a great big swamp-goopy hug

sorry to his frippery and his drycleaning bill lol
(aspen is @blatantlyqueer.bsky.social's wonderful little guy)

#cattefishing #GooseDrawsThings #EndwalkerSpoilers
a pencil sketch of sohna throwing her arms around a startled aspen. sohna is wearing a set of clothes meant for working and there's an arrow pointing at her with a caption that says "covered in thavnair swamp goop." an arrow pointing at aspen reads "befripperied and definitely not swamp goopy (until now)." a close crop of the pencil sketch which gives a better look at aspen's utter surprise but also his affectionate delight at sohna's big hug.

i got a new sketchbook, which means i had to put some drawings of sam and streudel, and sohna and aspen, in it!

aspen is @blatantlyqueer.bsky.social's wol and sohna's sweetheart. his hair is usually braided, but loose waves just sort of happened tonight instead 8)

#cattefishing #GooseDrawsThings
a page of pencil sketches of sam, an elf with shaggy hair, and streudel, a ferret. streudel is depicted in various styles and severity of noodliness. one streudel doodle is captioned "streudel time," another (where streudel has big glistening sad eyes) features the caption "is for streudel?" and one where sam is scruffing her just says "i definitely know what a ferret looks like." at the bottom left of the page, sam is asleep in the corner of a room and streudel is a squiggle of lines in his scarf. a cropped portion of the initial image, showing sam sound asleep in a corner, his arms and legs loosely crossed. streudel is a few squiggly lines curled up in the scarf draped across his shoulders. a pencil sketch of sohna (a cat person with a big braid flopped over their shoulder) and aspen (an elf with wavy shoulder-length hair) holding hands and leaning their foreheads against each other. aspen's other arm is around sohna's waist. the lines are loose and expressive and the overall mood is soft and romantic.
