Mary Talley Bowden MD • @MdBreathe We now have 14 states with bills to make ivermectin OTC: - Texas - West Virginia - Alabama - Maine - Pennsylvania - South Carolina - Minnesota - Oklahoma - Kentucky - Missouri - Louisiana - Idaho - Georgia - New Hampshire ... and Arkansas recently became the second state in the country (Tennessee is the first) to make ivermectin available without a prescription. Idaho passed the bill but has not been signed by @GovernorLittle.

NEW: A JAMA study finds that "between August 2022 and December 2024 ... Idaho lost 94 of the 268 OBGYN physicians practicing obstetrics."

Just 20 new OBGYNs moved to Idaho in that time, "and 114 of the 268 baseline obstetricians" stopped practicing, left the state, or retired.
