I received a Community Guideline notice for having more than 4 passengers in a ride. This did NOT happen. I am a PWD and I had one other passenger with me. This is the second time this has happened, if this continues, my account might be suspended. Pls assist me.

Feeling the enshittification of GrabPH. Been sitting on a support ticket unreplied for what feels like 5 days now and 3 follow up messages from me.

Might be time to move on.

When I got in the Grab, the driver asked me if I had chosen a specific route when I booked. I said I just used the default booking, but he said he couldn’t take a different route because I supposedly chose one.

Is this a new feature? #GrabPH
