The Gatsby from Cafe Blanco in Makhanda (nee Grahamstown) in South Africa was definitely pervert food. Massive sub roll stuffed with fries, ketchup, token lettuce and literally whatever lunch meats and bacons they had on hand. Each one was a challenge from the kitchen and I loved them.
