Meldon viaduct, built in the 1870s, used to carry the London & South Western Railway's mainline from London (Waterloo) to Plymouth. This section around the north of Dartmoor is long closed and today serves as a cycleway known as the Granite Way.

Met a #LEJOG cyclist on the #GraniteWay, and cycled with him for a while, showing him the route through Okehampton.
