A collage featuring two photos with a caption on the right. The top photo shows a student’s hand pointing at a document as he leads a reading activity in the classroom, symbolizing focus, leadership, and learning. The bottom photo features a teacher and another student who humorously became the teacher's karate instructor, as the teacher playfully struggles to follow the student’s instructions. Both are striking karate poses, highlighting humor, connection, and the reciprocal nature of learning. The caption reads: 'As teachers, we strive to instill kindness in our students and guide them to become good people, often through the little, seemingly ridiculous things we do to leave a lasting impression of goodness.
