I’ve had a really informative & very interesting walking tour of #GreenfieldValley and its rich industrial heritage with volunteer Colin, who clearly knows the history & area well. Followed by a visit to @greenfieldvally heritage park & great service from Sarah at reception & I got my season ticket!
Lower Cotton Mill. A large stone building standing over mill water. Industrial relics to one side and further building ruins in the background. Ruins between lower cotton mill and flour mill. 3/4 section of brick and stone building in ruins. The grass has taken over much of the area One of the barns peeking through the ox eye daisies in the foreground A pair of cotton mill cottages that have been painstakingly rebuilt in the heritage park
