Also on the personal side ELMS Silverstone was my first gridwalk. Gridwalks are great! Partly for the "wow I'm on the racetrack" feeling, partly for proximity to a lot of cars and drivers as preparation is ongoing and partly because there's a slightly festival atmosphere about it. Loved it all.

My wife doesn't much care for F1 at the best of times, but she legged it out the room when Martin Brundle's gridwalk started because she can't stand the amount of awkward cringe. 😅
