They're certainly using Rust for internal infrastructure (Predrag Gruevski gave a good talk a few months ago about his work at OpenAI) but it's not clear to me that Rust would seep into the habits of the models themselves. AFAIK, the Rust hires are for infra and dev tooling, not model training.

Çështja në fjalë lidhet me financimet e partisë VMRO-DPMNE, ndërsa procesi gjyqësor për këtë dosje kishte nisur vite më parë.

Gjykata e Apelit ka marrë vendim për rastin “Talir 2”, duke ia kaluar tapinë e “Pallatit të Bardhë” partisë VMRO-DPMNE.
Apeli hedh poshtë ankesën e Prokurorisë për rastin “Talir 2”
Gjykata e Apelit ka njoftuar se ka sjellë vendim me të cilin e ka hedhur poshtë ankesën e Prokurorisë Publike mbi aktvendimin e Gjykatës Penale për rastin “Talir 2”, lidhur me mënyrën se si ish-kryeministri Nikolla Gruevski ka financuar partinë e tij VMRO-DPMNE.
Me këtë vendim, prona e njohur si “Pallati i Bardhë” i kthehet zyrtarisht në pronësi VMRO-DPMNE-së. Sipas vlerësimit të Apelit, bazuar në shkresat dhe dëshmitë e ofruara nga prokuroria, Gruevski nuk ka vepruar jashtë kompetencave të tij dhe nuk ka shkelur Ligjin për financimin e partive politike.
Lënda ishte ngritur si akuzë nga ish-Prokuroria Speciale Publike dhe ishte përfaqësuar nga ish-prokurorja Lençe Ristovska, e cila kishte dhënë dorëheqje pasi kryeprokurori ia morri të drejtën e përfaqësimit. Në vendimin e parë të sjellë më 7 qershor 2022, Gruevski ishte dënuar me 6 vjet burg, ndërsa ky vendim u shfuqizua nga Apeli në janar të vitit 2024 për shkak të ndryshimeve në Kodin Penal.
