I unlocked the framerate in GH3, the game is actually polling faster... maybe too fast.. my frametimes hit undefined levels pretty often.

I am unsure if this has been done, but I have been working on GH3 modding without needed to re-pak things. I haven't made any pak file adjustments to include this strikeline/highway.
