It’s soooo important to find an outlet. I use ham radio or something else requiring focus like acquiring a new skill. During the pandemic I learned gunsmithing and did several re-builds/repairs. I’m so, so tired of the emotional onslaughts, but I’m glad to have options to reduce exposure.

It has constantly read as if nobody involved in the making of this law has any knowledge on how gunsmithing or 3D Printers worked at all. This just smells like they wanted an excuse to regulate 3D printers and this was some weird Trojan Horse to get it through.

Hope yall enjoyed a little look at some basic gunsmithing diagnosis and "repairs" today~! Really this issue wasn't all that challenging, and I had a hunch from the start when I called the shop and learned about the issue~ Figured it'd just need a spare part and/or a good cleaning~

I’d much rather be streaming everyday for a few hours trying to build my community and make a few bucks on the side with it and be happy than be working like I do. Or go to school to learn gunsmithing and or animation, 3d modeling and get back into doing art. Sadly I don’t have that luxury anymore.

Yep just nothing appealing that isn’t AI based systems remote work. Or insurance. Really wish I had had the money to go to school for gunsmithing like I originally wanted to do years ago. But here we are.

No rules, to my knowledge, but social networks are for venting and performances, not for serious discussions, and Bluesky is no exception. I myself studied gunsmithing books but I don't have money or space to set up any machine tools, so I never did any actual gunsmithing beyond cleaning an airgun

Guns don't bother me, I'm from a hunting family and grew up shooting, I also want to learn gunsmithing. The laws against women going topless make zero sense. It's even stranger to me how many people get offended or angry about it.

On the other hand, I'm learning even a 9mm can be pretty decent once you level Pistols a bit. I kinda wanted Shotguns or Rifles but y'know, you take what you can get. I don't exactly have a gunsmithing and reloading set up right now. Literally just stealing shit for my hovel in the woods.
