#InternationalHumanRightsDay
Remember all my friends in prison, all detained in #China and #HongKong because of exercising their freedom of expression. Including: #ChowHangTung #AlbertHo #LeeCheukYan #GwynethHo #XuZhiyong #YuWensheng #XuYan #ZhangZhan #LuSiwei.... so many😢

✨ #InternationalWomensDay: Female political prisoners like #GwynethHo & #ChowHangTung who “embody great values and strength,” inspired @franceshui.bsky.social’s activism. Her activism keeps the movement alive “until we reach our goal” - returning to a free #HongKong.💪

I did this video about three years ago. HangTung has recently been convicted. Gwyneth is still in prison. Let's not forget them and other prisoners of conscience.

🔥FLAME OF FREEDOM: For #InternationalWomensDay2025, @franceshui.bsky.social & @chloecheung.bsky.social write on #WomenEmpowerment in the #HongKong pro-democracy movement and the inspiration they find in role models like #WongJiyuet, #ClaudiaMo & #GwynethHo. 💪

4/ “While we welcome their release, any celebrations are muted by the knowledge that hundreds of peaceful political prisoners, including 2025 #NobelPeacePrize nominee #JimmyLai, and prior Nobel Peace Prize nominees #ChowHangtung #GwynethHo #LeeCheuk-yan & Joshua Wong remain unjustly imprisoned.” END
