Strongly depends on the opinion. If I call your work because you like ketchup in your gyro, I'm awful (much like your taste in gyro condiments). But if a coworker of mine was posting about how [immigrants/LGBTQ+ people/women etc] should be thrown in a pit (their opinion), I'd like HR to know.
