PSA: Device State in Conditional Access Policies is gone, however you get the much better Device Filter option. To migrate from the old one use the TrustType property to filter by AADJ, HAADJ and the bonus AAD Registered. #azuread

1 all users scoped to windows devices accessing the 0365 app group require haadj control. (They are blocked if can't satisfy xo trol)

(We could talk about XTAP and guests or excluding b2b here)

My host is HAADJ, the target domain is just regular AD. Other question: where is the KDC certificate used exactly? I configured it the same way I configured the LDAPS certificate. What if you don't have LDAPS configured?

Looking for some Hybrid AAD join advice before I go too far down this road.

I need to do HAADJ, but also need to allow for off-site pre-provisioning.

Instead of the ODJ connector I was thinking of scripting the AD join & deploy as a Win32 app.

What do you all think? Wasting my time?
