I am an accountant for an HAVC company, customer service for a nonprofit, and now they're trying to have me take on a customer service role because I have a kind voice.
Being burnt out of my job becomes even harder when they keep adding things on me to do.

replying.- honestly? I think due to extreme summer heat here most HAVC co.s are busy with AC repairs 24/7 until Oct.
The heat up in attic is what keeps them from wanting a job like this.

Finally got contractor coming tomorrow. The dust is insane coming thru vents.
Can barely breathe at night.
My neighbor- Plumber& HAVC guy- sd shouldn't be breathing this now.
Hopefully tomorrow a fix begins.
His opinion is a bad reproof is cause of ALL of this.
