⏳️ Still no revised school budget here in #Michigan, just the horrendous HB4162 that #MichiganRepublicans passed in March, which cut $5 billion - or 25% - from schools. Instead of working on a budget, #Michigan's House Speaker called worried school districts "performative" ...

📚✏️🧮 Happy first day of school! We're still waiting on a revised school budget bill in the Republican-controlled #Michigan House of Reps, but we're in Lansing three days this week, so I'm hoping we see a full funding bill (unlike HB4162 which took away...1/2 #FundOurSchools #ForOurKids #RedForEd
