Texas Right to Life said ppl could be criminalized w/ it. Pls contact your Reps and ask them to remove that language.

Texas Republicans are trying to revive a 100-year-old abortion ban that would allow them to prosecute abortion funds and maybe even patients.
Just as bad, they've tricked Democrats and doctors into supporting the legislation

If you don’t trust people aligned with and funded by Tim Dunn and Farris Wilks to do right by kids on vouchers, don’t trust them to do right by women on abortion care. Don’t assist them in criminalizing women. Please remove the 1925 language from HB44/SB31.

You don’t have to believe women who are begging for the 1925 language to be removed from HB44. Texas Right to Life says women could be prosecuted. TRL has been funded by Wilks/Dunn. They’d love nothing more than women and their support systems jailed for abortion care. #txlege
