Virginia's GOP appears very likely to have defended HD98: the It leads 65% to 35% with all in-person voting reporting (+2900 votes).
But the *final margin* remains unknown: mail-voting has yet to report, & in November the mail vote broke almost 2:1 for the Democrat.

Last year, we fielded a candidate in every one of our 100 House Districts. We picked up 13 House seats and had Democrats move the margin everywhere. As campaigns chair, proud to support Cheryl Smith, a teacher who is running for the open HD98 in VA Beach for her election on Mar 17!
