HECO gets to set its rates based on the cost of the power plant. Of course they aren't going to go for cost-effective.

HECO should be dissolved and replaced with a coop. Rebate the profits to the customer/members.

Em 1kg de carne exportado vai mais água embora (15 mil litros) do que uns 3 meses (chutando) de faxina que eu faço aqui em casa. Toda essa soja exportada também é água indo embora. No Brasil, todos os caminhos da catástrofe climática nos levam ao agribusiness.

HTX (fka Huobi) and Heco Chain hacked for $97 million Justin Sun confirmed that HTX (formerly Huobi) and its related Heco Chain protocol were hacked for a combined $97 million. It's been a rough few weeks for Sun, whose Poloniex exchange was hacked for around $120 million on November 10, and a rough few months for HTX, which was hacked for $8 million in late September. HTX suspended withdrawals as they investigated the hack, and wrote that the company would "fully compensate for HTX's hot wallet losses". Security firm Cyvers said they believed the theft was enabled by a private key leak.
