Back when I was in HERoNI for my sins , I cam across a story, of a quite flashy little site in Belfast, which sonehow hadnt been sexy enough, and as such was forgotten. I have an averssion to stories being forgotten, so I resolved Id write about it and see what I could find out extra. 1.

After viewing the original fragment of textile at the HERoNI HED Artefact Collections facility, I figured out the pattern for a 2/1 diamond twill on a tubular warped two beam loom!! Thesis Experiment Success! #archaeology #graduatestudent #experimentalarchaeology #Medieval #weaving
