7/ Addressing another concern, yes, seed oils are processed using hexane. And while trace amounts of hexane can remain, these levels are extremely low. Levels are much less than what we’re exposed to from air pollution. Cold-pressed oils are an option, but pricier & less shelf-stable.

This is hexane. A terribly explosive molecular worm. It’s like if benzene wasn’t a ring, but a string. I’d still rather work with the hex rather than the ‘zene. Ol’ Benny likes to become all sorts of wacky chemicals in the liver and is significantly more dangerous
