I also recently learned about an ultrasound treatment that can break up things like tumors by heating them up with ultrasound without having to cut into the body. It’s also being used for uterine fibroids, Parkinson’s, essential tremors, etc. Medical research is amazing.

Got a HIFU treatment under my chin on my lunch break and not only did I tell the aesthetician I didn’t need numbing gel, I *also* told her to turn the frequency as high as it goes so I would get results

Hace 3 días fue el 1er aniversario de la intervención de mis miomas y no puedo estar más agradecida de la tecnología HIFU. Mi vida volvió inmediatamente a la normalidad y sin necesidad de cirugía. Ya estoy viviendo algunos síntomas de perimenopausia y no imagino cómo sería con histerectomía.

After that HIFU treatment under my chin it’s been a little painful to run, but @ywfyf.com gave me the great idea to try it wearing my V line mask
and guess what? It worked, and I’m at the age where I will absolutely go run in public like this without a second thought 😅
