Most kids in children’s homes are to be left without a voice in a consultation on services. Children who live in homes run by private companies and charities are not included in the HIQA consultation, because HIQA doesn’t inspect those services.

Crazy how irish institutions like RTE, HSE, HIQA, TUSLA are all on twitter. They expect the Irish public to wade through a fascist, abusive hellscape to get information. Bizarre!

Most asylum shelters are not subject to HIQA inspections
Instead, they are inspected by IPAS staff or an inspections company – but is that working?

These two 'drs' run the gender health service here in Ireland which is not even close to best medical practice, or international standards.

They quite frankly need to be sacked.
The 'model' they promote is harmful to transpeople and causes uncessacry suffering.

But the RTE investigates program has demonstrated that everyone has very good reason NOT to have confidence in HIQA.

HIQA being immediately defensive confirms the RTE findings.

HIQA needs to acknowledge the problems & committ to improving.

HIQA must earn the confidence from clients & families.

Oh look, the people who've been in charge of the NGS don't really like trans people being allowed to transition, especially trans kids, shocked face.gif. I've said before, I came across DO'S 25/26 years ago and even then I knew more about trans healthcare than he did
