Tessera (HLSQ) announced that subsidiary Zorronet has been selected in a public tender by Eshkol Kinneret Valleys for an AI-based video analysis system, under a multi-year framework with a maximum aggregate value of up to approximately $1.3 million.Under the framework, Zorronet will provide AI-powered video analytics and access-control technology for security systems at community access points in northern Israel, including vehicle and license-plate identification, automated alerts and integration with existing video and gate-control systems. The framework has an initial 36‑month term, with options for up to two additional 12‑month extensions, and allows participating local authorities to issue individual orders and, where applicable, run additional competitive processes among approved vendors.

Testing Systems, increasing its equity stake from 10% to 15% and expanding related financing and rights.For the 15% interest in MEA, Tessera will provide consideration that includes 130,000 Tessera common shares and has agreed to issue an additional 65,000 shares, subject to NYSE American approval.
