Post Falls Planning Commission backs annexations, approves subdivision changes with sewer conditions
At its March meeting the commission recommended zoning for a new public works site and a Fisher Lift Station relocation, approved a five‑lot subdivision amendment and approved the 150‑lot Crown Reserve subdivision subject to conditions linking final plat approval to sewer capacity and requiring an HOA reserve account.
