Looks like I'm rowing in our club's women's 50+ eight at Head of the Charles!
I was kind of trying not to be in the boat, but HOCR is a fun time, so I'm not mad.
(I am 46, but we have some over 60s and high 50s to keep the average 50+)

Hasn't been this ideal at HOCR in a long time. And to be expected, the crowds are as big as the weather is nice.

We did the virtual Head of the Charles Regatta today, which is 4702m on the erg (that’s the length of the HOCR).
Last year, my average split for this was 2:17.8, which means my total time was 21:35.9.
This year, my average split went down 2.6 seconds to 2:15.2, so my total time was 21:11.6!!
