New year, new resolutions. ⭐

Maybe this year it’s not about big promises, but small habits that actually last:

walk a bit more, order food less often, move when you can.❤️‍🩹

You focus on that.

At #HORUSProject, we’ll focus on our resolution: making cities that support health, not harm it.

As the year ends, many of us think about small things we want to do better:
✔️Exercise more
✔️Eat healthier
✔️Be more punctual
✔️And make sure my neighbourhood doesn’t stop me from doing all of this

At #HORUSProject we support vulnerable communities so healthy choices become possible, not out of reach.

✒️ In March, nearly 50 million people signed a global call urging clean air action.

Months later, the message is still clear: #AirPollution is driving #NCDs and harming #UrbanHealth.

At #HORUSProject we work to redesign cities so clean air becomes a right, not a privilege🏙️
