playing this on a hotas setup was bad-ass too. I'm very happy I spent money on one now.

The Star Wars fan game 'Fate of the Galaxy' might be a better SW flight game than literally any official release since X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter
- HOTAS support
- Fully voiced
- SIX CAMPAIGNS (???)
- Free!!
It's legit SO unreasonably good. Might get taken down just for making official look bad lol

(There should be! I use a HOTAS when flying. There are also a lot of people willing to help with setup on the forum)

I think it's kinda funny that on AC8's launch, thrustmaster released the AC8 themed HOTAS setup but AC8 didn't even have HOTAS support

Cool, I’ll check it out! I’ve had a VKB HOTAS with the WWII throttle that I bought three years ago but never could figure out how to program all the buttons. I imagine that there’s a profile for WT, though.

I'd be more interested but for the fact that apparently the OEM peripheral software for my HOTAS does not play nice with Linux and apparently DCS also struggles. Shame otherwise it sounds like it's a lot better than it used to be

I wanna play this from cockpit view and with hotas.
I know I won't get that but I'll still have a blast.

I'm not into racing games enough to build one of those cockpit chairs, but Galactic Racer with a simulated 90-inch curved screen & HOTAS is a blast.
