The B. subtilis histidine-containing phosphocarrier protein (HPr) supports PTS-sugar import, interacts with GAPDH, and helps mediate carbon catabolite repression (CCR). Here, a mutant HPr protein is shown to alleviate metabolic intoxication in a cpgA mutant.

Prone doesn't start until 300 yards, and it's "rapid fire", 10 rounds in 70 seconds with a reload. Slow fire, prone is 20 rounds at 600 yards in 20 minutes.

Berlins Bühnen wurde Kenntnis gegeben, dass sie zu GmbHs umgewandelt werden sollen. So ganz klar ist das alles nicht, heute auch nicht klarer geworden. ver.di im HPR Berlins hat heute gemeinsam mit den Kolleg*innen der Theater eine Kundgebung gemacht, Klarheit und Beteiligung eingefordert. Zurecht.
