I figured out how they're going to avoid releasing the full Epstein files. HR4405 the Epstein Files Transparency Act requires release all UNCLASSIFUED documents in DOJ possession related to Jeffrey Epstein. I have a feeling that the most significant parts of the file are going to be "classified".

Laws were enacted HR4405 and nothing happened. Nothing. So excuse me if I don't jump for joy. Let me know when someone is in handcuffs.

Apparently, the way to overcome gridlock in Congress is to convince both sides they're screwing the other.

Watch the House overwhelmingly pass H.R. 4405 (427-1) to release the Jeffrey Epstein files, succeeding under a motion to suspend the rules.

H.R. 4405 by Rep. Ro Khanna [D-CA17] passed the House and Senate yesterday. Epstein Files Transparency Act https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/119/hr4405 🏛️

Now that HR4405 has passed unanimously,
Congress needs to spend the next two months
(until the next government shutdown)
Having public hearings on all the Epstein Files,
Uncovering the cover-up of the pedophile billionaires.
ALL OF CONGRESS PASSED HR4405, The Epstein Transparency Act, to release the FBI Files on Epstein.

Will Pam Bondi have Trump's name redacted in time to release the sanitized version of the files soon?

And how many decades is she prepared to spend in prison someday over this cover-up?

There is no penalty outlined in HR4405. Congress had no intention of enforcing compliance. It was all for optics.

The motion, HR4405, Epstein Discharge Petition is now headed to the Senate. The vote needed a 290 to make it Veto Proof, and it is. Even if tDumpster vetos it, the House can and will overturn it. His days are now numbered.

And this doesn’t include the 2.5 million documents Trump’s DOJ still hasn’t released in violation of HR4405 that he himself signed into law.

Demand DOJ Compliance with HR4405 and Accountability for Delayed Epstein Files Release
Text SIGN PIYSGT to 50409 — The Department of Justice remains in violation of HR4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, which mandated the release of all unclassified records relating to Jeffrey Epstein within 30 days of enactment. That deadline has long passed, yet the public still lacks access to critical information about Epstein's sex trafficking network, his associates, and the circumstances surrounding his death. This continued obstruction denies justice to survivors and shields potential perpetrators from accountability. HR4405 required the Attorney General to release comprehensive materials including flight logs, travel records, immunity deals, information on entities tied to Epstein's network, and internal DOJ communications. The bill specified that information could not be withheld based on embarrassment or political sensitivity. Yet Attorney General Pam Bondi has failed to comply with this clear statutory mandate. This defiance of congressional authority warrants holding her in contempt. The victims and survivors of Epstein's crimes have explicitly demanded the release of these files. They deserve to know the full scope of the trafficking operation that harmed them and to see all perpetrators held accountable through prosecution and imprisonment. Every day of delay compounds the injustice they have already suffered and allows those complicit in these crimes to evade consequences. Congress must act immediately to enforce compliance with HR4405. This includes initiating contempt proceedings against Bondi, conducting oversight hearings to determine why the DOJ has refused to follow the law, and using all available legislative tools to compel the release of these documents. The bill also required a report to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees within 15 days of release, detailing all government officials and politically exposed persons named in the materials. The public has a right to this information. I urge you to take immediate action to enforce HR4405, hold the Attorney General accountable for this violation, and ensure that the Epstein files are released without further delay. The survivors deserve justice, and the public deserves transparency.
