Afaik this is legit and council cut funding for HRCE Librarian support funding
Brendan Maguire is claiming that HRM is cutting funding for in-school librarians. I remember someone asking about the supplementary education funding during the BAL debates, but don’t remember Halifax Council passing something. Did I just miss it amongst the million BAL items they voted on?

HRCE: young minds need to be protected from the hypnotic influence of the smartphone, so we require them all to be placed in faraday cages at the start of each school day
