The public finds it hard to participate when minimal notice is provided.

Valerii Fedorovych Hudz (Ukrainian: Валерій Федорович Гудзь; 12 February 1971 – 12 March 2022) was a Ukrainian serviceman. Hudz's military career began in 1999, and ended in 2001. In 2014, following the Revolution of Dignity and the start of the war in Donbas, Hudz came out of retirement to serve in the Ukrainian Army once more. He was a Colonel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving as commander of the 24th Mechanized Brigade from 2017 to 2020.[2] Hudz fought in sector "D" on the border war with Russia, in the area of Volnovakha and Avdiivka. He died during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in the Luhansk region. He was posthumously awarded the highest award in Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine.

9 months after Mayor Spencer’s Executive Order 92 on #DataCenterSTL was issued, #BOAbb49 (Regulations for data centers) will be introduced on 6/18.

Two #HUDZ Committee meetings were posted this evening for 6/23 & 6/30.
I suspect BBs 48 & 49 will be given two hearings.

Some might call it extortion.

This includes progress review of the infamous Northside Regeneration/Paul McKee SuperTIF. A massive area that includes the MLS Soccer Stadium on up to Palm St. in North City. Hopefully HUDZ really digs into these TIFs.

5 years ago was the last time the annual TIF Progress Bill included the McKee SuperTIF…. it failed to pass. We’ll see how much HUDZ decides to question the TIFs up for review this time around.

There may be a classic SLDC bait and switch in the works regarding future tax incentives for the property.
